Time to Refinance...

And get out of the Interest only game. Got a good rate, but we're still going with an arm. Another 5 years. Better rate than what we currently have, but we'll finally be putting down principal! I wish we had been doing that all along. Oh well, live and learn. I wish this rate was for a 30 year fixed, but we could be out of this house in another 5 years, but if not, hopefully our financial situation will be much stronger so we can afford a higher rate. Also, my friend is doing this so anytime the rate drops, we can refi without any closing costs. I'm also planning on paying this down at a faster rate as well. At least one extra payment a year (hopefully two) and also at least $100 extra each payment.
